Your personal data collected on this site is not passed to any third party except to enable us to process and complete the ordering and delivery of your purchase. For security reasons any payment card details are only requested in a secure area and your password details are stored by us in an encrypted form. This site uses cookies to track items in your shopping basket and to fulfill your order.
Security of Payment Card details.
Your card details are only requested on pages that are held on a secure server. You can tell an area is secure by the closed padlock sign on your browser and the address bar starts https:// These details are encrypted (128bit SSL - Industry standard Secured Sockets Layer encryption) before transmission ensuring they are completely safe and cannot be read by any unauthorised person. We use the experienced services of Pay Pal to handle payment processing. You do not need a Pay Pal account and can pay with most popular Debit or Credit cards.
Payment.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Payment can be made in GBP, Euros or USD. If goods become unavailable we will notify you and place them on back order. If you choose to cancel any item on back order we will refund the full amount for that item.
Order Tracking.
During the ordering process you are requested to supply a valid email address and password. These can be used by you to return to the site to track the status of your order. Your password is stored in an encrypted form.
Delivery.
We aim to process your order the same day. We operate set delivery charges. Under normal circumstances delivery is made within 3 - 5 days within the UK (£2.75), 5 - 7 days to Europe (£3.80) and 7 - 10 days outside Europe (£5.75). Please note that due to the weight we are currently unable to supply any dolls houses (including room boxes and shops) to destinations outside the UK. Any order received from areas outside UK and Europe involving additional delays will be notified by us. If an item is temporarily unavailable we will deliver it as soon as possible at no extra cost to you. We will notify you of any unavailable items and you can choose to cancel that part of the order if necessary.
Returns.
Any damaged goods should be notified to us on receipt either by email to returns@loobylousminiatures.co.uk or by telephone. They should be returned to us in the original packing within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.
Our Refund Guarantee.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All our products carry a 'no quibble' guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, for whatever reason, you can cancel your order and return the item(s) to us in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will make an immediate refund, excluding outgoing postage.

Unless stated otherwise our products are for collectors and not suitable for young children. |
